In addition, the production of melt-drawn UHMWPE (ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene) fiber is notably more energy-efficient than traditional thermoplastic methods, requiring significantly less thermal energy to spin the fiber. All chemicals used in this process, including phosphoric acid, are fully recycled, further enhancing the sustainability of our operations.
